Blue Sky Shuttle
Do I have to create a profile to reserve?
Yes, we only ask for what we need to successfully book your reservation. But a profile allows you to log into your account to check, change or cancel upcoming orders, create new orders, see all past orders, and manage your profile including home address, phone numbers, emails and payment information.
Does Blue Van Sacramento book reservations?
Yes, to ensure that we pick you up where and when you need to travel. We always make a reservation and calculate your pickup time based on your flight departure/arrival time. We do our best to look out for possible early or delayed flight times.
What areas does Blue Sky Shuttle service?
We provide door-to-door service to the greater Sacramento area and surround cities to Sacramento and bay area Airport. We pick- up and drop off from home, hotel or office to the airport and back.
How many passengers can Blue Sky Shuttles transport?
Up to 7 passengers and their luggage.
What about infants and car seats?
All our vehicles have seatbelts and we recommend that you bring your child’s car seat with you when you travel.
Can I take my dog or cat on a Blue Sky Shuttle?
Yes – there are two options. If you wish to travel with your pet in the vehicle, you must pay for the exclusive use of the vehicle, please call for pricing. Alternatively, if your pet can travel in its cage and the cage could fit in our vans similar to baggage then there is no extra fee. However, please call ahead of time and plan with us accordingly.
Cancellations and no-shows?
To cancel your reservation, please call us as soon as possible so that we could notify our drivers accordingly. Any late cancelation within two (2) hours from the scheduled pick-up time will result in a $5.00 fee.
